It offers information about the coordinates of where you point your mouse, and also lets you select the colour of what you´re pointing at.

WhereIsTheMouse is a simple utility that is especially designed for web programmers. It offers two utilities very related to web design.

On the one hand it tells you the exact coordinates of where the mouse is pointing, which could be very useful when creating sensitive maps, and associating an action to these coordinates when the mouse passes over them.

On the other hand, WhereIsTheMouse is a colour selector which will tell you the exact colour in hexadecimal of wherever you have selected with the mouse (so you can get the colour code of a set area of a photo you like) and then use it in your web designs.
